J.Burnett engineers is a business originally built on the service and repair of woodworking machinery.

After working as a service engineer for one of the major agencies supplying joinery and panel processing machinery both new and second hand, John was made redundant and set up on his own in 1990.

In the 20 years since he has built up a client base across the south of England of Joinery, furniture and panel producers as well as some other manufacturers who use woodworking machinery, from sign makers and exhibition fitters through to panel suppliers and machinery suppliers.

A qualified mechanical and electrical engineer by trade, repairs can be carried out to most types of woodworking machinery. Specialising in sanding machines and panel saws, both vertical and sliding table. This does not exclude us from repairing other machinery, generally with the exception of C.N.C. machines and edge banders.

Ancilliary services can be supplied along side engineering, noteably machine moves and dust extraction. In essence a complete service from a small electrical repair through to a complete factory move.
